NOWDAYS MOST SPECTRANS WILL BE FACING AUTO GEARBOX PROBLEMS:-
AND MOST COMMON FAULTY ON GEARBOX IS :-
- ONCE ENGAGE AT "D" ESP IN THE MORNING THE CAR WONT GO FORWARD OR MOVE.AFTER A FEW MINS OF WARMING UP INDICATING THAT U HAD INTERNAL SEVERE DAMAGE AND NEED TO RECTIFIED IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
- THE REASON OF THIS IS DUE TO FEW OPTIONS INTERNAL LEAK/ CLOGGED AUTO FILTER/ TORQUE CONVERTER AND THE AUTO CLTUCH PLANETARY GEAR KITS.THE CLOGGED IS AFFECTED BY MICRONS OF TINY SHIT THAT DEPOSITED DUE TO FRICTIONS METAL TO METAL.
- SOME WILL BE FACING SLIP GEAR AS THE GEAR FROM D WILL STRAIGHT SHIFT TO 3RD GEAR INSTEAD ON D-2-3-4. THE REASON WHY THIS HAPPEN IS SPECTRANS USING THE WRONG SPECS OF ATF FLUID....
- ALL INTERNAL SEALS IS HARDERNED DUE TO CONTIMATED ATF FLUID WHICH NEVER REPLACE THE OIL ACCORDINGLY TO SERVICE MAINTAINENCE SCHEDULE. THIS EVENTUALLY WILL MAKE UR GEARBOX TRANSMISSION EXTREME HOT AS FRICTION WILL TAKE PLACE.
- SHIFTING OF GEAR ARE NOT SMOOTH AND JERKS IN EACH GEAR.
SO SPECTRANS HOW TO OVEDRCOME THIS GEAR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS?
NORMALLY OWNER WILL SEEK ADVICE TO THEIR RELEVANT WORKSHOP AS THE FREQUENT REPLY IS " TO TRADE IN YR ORI GEARBOX AND RECOMMENDED THE RECONS ONES" INDICATING WITH FEW MONTHS WARRANTIES.....

I PERSONALLY RECOMENDED ALL SPECTRANS TO:-
- TO DO FULL FLUSHING AS ITS DONE BY A SPECIAL MACHINES WITH 1-2HRS CYCLES. USING ORIGINAL GENUINDE KIA SP111 ATF FLUID FULLY IMPORTED FROM KOREA.
- TO SERVICE AND CLEAN YR MAGNETIC LIKE A 20CTS COINS (2PCS) THAT CLOGGED WITH METAL SHITS.
- TO SERVICE AND CLEAN YR SOLENOIDS AND VALVES BODYS
- TO REPLACED ORI GENUINE AUTO FILTER ASSY.
- TO REPLACED THE GASKET KIT VIA UR AUTO OIL SUMP PAN
- TO REPLACED THE GENUINE AUTO TRANS SWITCH.
THE GEBUIBE PARTS AND ATF THAT NEED REPLACEMENTS / ALL OIL SEALS SUCH AS TORQUE CONVERTER/ FLYWHELS OIL SEALS AND DRIVESHAFTS OIL SEAL THAT COST LEAKING ATF FLUID.
AFTER THE SERVICE AND CLEANING MAINTENANCE ESP THE SOLONOID AND VALVE BODY IN OUR TRANSMISSION SYSTEM.
THE GEARBOX IS BEEN TOW DOWN IN ORDER TO REPLACE NEW GENUINE OIL SEALS PREVENTING ANY LEAKS.
AUTO FILTER HAD BEEN REPLACED WITH CLEAN VALVE BODY AND SOLENOIDS.
THIS IS THE SPECIAL MACHINES (FLUSHING) AS IT HELPS TO VACUMM ALL SLUDGE /MICRONS OG METALS SHITS INSIDE YR GEARBOX IN OTHER TO CLEAR AND CLEAN THE INTERNAL PARTS FROM SEVERE DAMAGE...
