Spectra Gearbox Full Flushing service Maintenance

Salam Spectrans,

I would like to info and advice all spectrans to follow the correct way of how to really take good service maintenance on yr Spectra auto transmission system or GEARBOX.
As most spectrans from my point of view , the problem of faulty  AUTO Gear Box is

1. Never Ever Done any simple auto ATF SP111 replacement for every 15-20k km

2. Never Ever Done The Full Flushing System ( using a special flushing machine) using ATF SP111 for 12 litres every 40k km ( or 2 yrs) time interval.
3. Never ever Replace the AUTO FILTER (aluminium type)

4. Never ever Service and Clean the Oil Sump Pan / valve body assy/ 2 magnet /and replaced with a new gasket set.

So from the above service maintenance ur Auto Transmission will:-

1. Get extreme hot due to contaminated atf fluid that is dirty full of sludge and micron metal shits.
2. Lost its viscosity where it cant works and lubricates well and friction occurs that metal hitting metals...
3. Clogged Auto Filter
4. Clogged Oil Pump assy
5. Severly Damage ur oil pump sub frame pipes
As a result once u Shifted to D the car cant move forward...as this is the most serious part can happen to us. Yet it does happen to one of my spectran members with this severe problems....as picture below

The First photo shows the part of the oil pump sub frame pipes with a slight bent due to the gearbox jammed and cant move forward. As the round thing is the oil pump assy  as its function is to pump in atf fluid thru the long tube into our transmission that eventually activate all planetary gears.For this case the OIL PUMP is clogged with microns of METAL SHITS which clogged the oil pump from pumping oil thru it.

The sec photo shows a slight bent due to pressure and rotation of the tube  which affect its edges thread becomes loosen and not fit.

So the conclusion is pls take care of ur atf oil and dont used other brand such as Proton Auto SP111 / Toyota SP4/ etc etc as it really will damage ur gearbox in long run. As all ATF Fluid  had their own strength ,viscosity and additives which is claim good to individual car makes. Yet nowdays theres a lot of immitation cheap oil claiming to be genuine, as most of it are being repacked and refill with recycle oil. So spectrans pls beware of this.

Lastly to Spectrans who wants to do full Flushing or those never done it pls bear in mind before its too late. U can contact me for all the package pack OIL/Filter/Gasket with very minimal  cost but will last long ur gearbox, rather than u had to spent thousand$$$$ to replaced Reconds gearbox.Get me at 013-7849798 or 017-7200466 anytime.
