Why My Auto Transmission faulty?

Salam Spectrans,

For ur info as far as Im concerned our Spectra Auto Gear Transmission is the toughest gearbox where most spectrans will face the problems after number of years without  giving extra maintenance to it.

Normally most spectran will come across

• Gear shift jerk between accelerating
• once engage to "D" it takes several second to move forward
• once engage at "R" it get stuck
• most will overcomes slips gear from D-straight to 3rd instead of 2nd.
• Heavy jerks when accelerates from D-2-3-4.
• Jerks and stalling at drop gear from 4-3-2-D.

As a result when this happen most spectran will go to the workshop without dignoss the problems yet they had asked to trade in the gearbox and install a reconditions ones.

Again I would like to stress here not to follow accordingly as pls make several diagnoss on ur auto transmission.

1. What u should do is try the least one ie to do FULL Flushing on ur auto trans.
2. Used ONLY authorised genuine Auto Transmission Fluid specially made for Spectra Gearbox
3. Must replaced using genuine AUTO Filter assy
4. To clean ,service valve body,solenoid applys genuine oil sump pan gasket assy
5. To replace the auto trans switch sensors.

Genuine atf oil and parts mainly maintenance for gearbox system.

Full Flushing system is in progress as it takes 1-2 hrs depending how contaminated is yr gearbxo oil.

The auto transmission unit being install genuine Auto Filter, service and clean as to prevent clogged.

The Flywheel auto gear is totally clean after full flushing is done. 

The auto oil sump pan contains contaminated sludge atf oil mix micron metal shits and clogged auto filter.
