Why u MUST install Ori Air Cond Cabin Filter

                                    The Cooling Coil (evaporator) leaks due to dirt.

Salam Spectrans and all Newbies.

As photo shown above shows the Spectra cooling coil is damage due to leak out gas where ur air cond air cools will declined which results hot air flows.

This is because our Kia Spectra had a specific compartment for installing 2 sets of Cabin Filter situated inside our left dashboard via the glove compartment. As no filter install all dirt and debris, moisture is collected thru the motor blower which carries it directly stick to our cooling coil instead of trapped via the cabin filter. As times goes by the dirt will accumulates via the cooling coil fins which in the end results leaks out gas.

To replaced and serviced back the air cond system need at least more than half a day because they had to:-

1. To dismantle the whole dashboard in order to take out the cooling coil assy, blower motor casing together.
2. To replaced new set of ori genuine Cooling Coil assy which quite costly
3. To replace the expansion valve, seals and O rings
4. To replace the recever dryer assy
5. To refill new gas
6. To refill oil conditioner for the compressor.
7. To service and clean the aluminium pipes as prevent clogging.
8. To service and clean the condenser.
