As Ive mentioned earliar to take care of our Auto Gear system, u must follows the correct way how to maintained it.
- Do Full Flushing every 40k km interval or 2-2.5 yrs.
- Service ur auto oil sump pan, 2 magnets disc, solenoid and valve body.
- Must replace ori Genuine aluminium Auto Filter for clean atf oil circulations.
- Used only Ori Genuine Kia SP111 atf fluids origin from Korea.
If anyone face this gearbox symptoms such as
- Car acceleration is quite heavy not smooth gear shift.
- When applys to D it takes few second to move forward
- When shift gear from D suddenly jumped to 3rd Gear as like Slips gear
- Drop gear from 4-3-2-D sometimes stucks at 3rd gear,jerks and vibrates.
This is due to:-
- Dirty contaminated atf fluid where most spectrans had never done Full Flushing before.
- All microns metal sludge stucked and clogged via ur Torque Converter, Auto Clutch Gears ,valve body and auto oil pump assy.
- It also clogged yr Auto Filter.
Flushing is done 1-2 hrs cycles
The auto oil sump transmission shows dirty valve body, solenoid and clogged filter
This where the AUTO FILTER is attached to have a good clean filters the atf oil.
This is the clogged old auto filter and dirty sludge atf oil that will damage ur gear system performance, give extreme heat tempreture and heavy friction between gear shafts that results metal shits deposit which will affect yr auto gear performance.
