Well guys the brake servo is  a booster that intensifies a force applicd to yr brake pedal as to stop yr vehicle.
The servo booster contains vaccumm canister which connects to ur master brake pump assy.

How to determined yr SERVO BOOSTER is FAULTY.?

• Yr brake pedal will becomes harder and harder and finally when becomes worst it will eventually touch the floorboard.
• You need to pump ur brake pedal for number of times in order to regained the force pressure but at last it will become more harder.
• Brake pedal becomes more and more stiffer....

Tips n info @ Spectra Driveshafts.

Salam Spectrans,

Here I would like to announced how to troubleshoot the faulty on driveshafts.
Mainly driveshaft is to rotate the tourque from the trans and engine.
Why did when i had replaced both left and right shafts my car still vibrates?

As for Spectrans who face this problems pls check

1. The inner part of the d.shaft condition  any worn out gear and shaft.
2. Check wheather ur cv boot had slight crack that allows greese to leaks out
3. If u had just bought it for couple of months the d.shafts failed again ( This is due ure using RECONDS stuff)
4. If all of the above is ok but its still vibrates when accelerating
5. Then u could examine ur flywheel gear shaft/  but the most common thing is ur inner center shaft had worn out severely that caused the vibrations.

Worn out gear shaft mid section that caused the vibration when u accelerates. need replacements.all the worn out parts.

• Always examine the conditions of yr Driveshaft terrain ie ur CV boot assy.
• If u come across crack or torn CV boots do replaced it at once!!

The above picture shows hair line cracks takes place where it will tear n crack in due time. Do replace the cv boots genuine parts in order to safe guard ur driveshaft .

Replaced and service back yr Driveshaft can save lots of money spend  where Genuine parts CV boots ( silicone type) , driveshafts oil seals need for replacements too.

Spectra Air cond Malfunctions ?.

Why my air cond never work when  I switch ON the Blower speed 1-2-3-4.?
Most Spectrans will come thru this problem:-

• When u switch ON to speed no "1" or "2" the aircond never works, but switch to Speed "3" or "4" the blower aircond on as usual.
• This indicates that yr Temp Blower Speed dial switch is faulty and malfunctions. As most air cond shops will ask to replaced the switch panel where normally it comes in one full front panels with 3 knobs dial. Its costly!!.
• Not too worrys Spectrans I can get the internal separate parts for replacement the Temp Speed sensor ori genuine parts .

This is the electronic switch sensor Originally for Kia Spectra temp speed blower assy parts replacement. Dont have to waste thousand of Ringgit  for buying the whole panel switch....

Secondly most spectra will face noisy Air Cond Blower Motor Fan via yr front glove compartment.

This is due to wear and tear and also all dirt and sludge are trapped via its blade and motorized system. Before it becomes worsen do just replace the Air Cond Motor fan assy  which is genuine parts for kia spectra.

This the ori genuine Doowon  oringinally  from korea suuplied for Spectra cars. Its seal motor is secured,quite and smooth operations.

Sometimes spectrans will find out that once u had replaced the motor fan blower and it never get it switch on...? This is to the blower motor switch sensor is failty where why the motor fan never works. Need to replaced it at once!! in order to have a breezyy cools air.....

DO PREVENT UR SPECTRA FROM OVERHEATS.

WHAT HAPPEN IF U COME ACROSS ENGINE OVERHEATS ?
THERE ARE LOTS OF POSSIBILITIES WHERE LEAKAGE TAKES PLACED AS THE COOLANT WATER WILL LEAKS OUT THAT MAKES UR ENGINE TEMPRETURE RISES.

ONCE U FACE THIS MATTER IS THE FIRST STEP TAKEN

• PULL ASIDE UR CAR TO THE SAFE PLACE.
• SWITCH OFF UR ENGINE.
• OPEN UR FRONT BONET AND RELEASED THE ENGINE OIL CAP TO COOLS FASTER UR ENGINE.
• APP. 45-1 HRS OPEN UP THE RADIATOR CAP AND EXAMINED THE CONDITION AND COLOR OF UR COOLANT.
• IF ITS DARK BROWN GREENISH AND LOTS OF SLUDGE INDICATES UR RADIATOR IS CLOGGED BY THE SLUDGE DUE TO CORROSION.
• INSPECT UR RADIATOR HOSE UPPER AND LOWER PARTS DUE TO CRACK AT THE EDGE
• INSPECT YR THERMOSTAT HOUSING POSSIBLITIES THERES A CRACK THAT COOLANT CAN LEAKS OUT.
• INSPECT YR WATER PUMP ASSY  MOST LIKELY CRACK GASKET OR RUST BEARING 
• INSPECT THE WATER PUMP PIPE INCASE OF RUST AND CORROSION.
• INSPECT THE CONDITION OF YR THERMOSTAT DUE TO CORROSION
• INSPECT UR TEMPRETURE SWITCH SENSORS.
• INSPECT UR RADIATOR MOTOR FAN BLADE IS SPINNING IN TWO SPEED MODES.
• INSPECT UR AIR COND MOTOR FAN BLADE  MALFUNCTION.

ALL OF THE ABOVE MATTERS IS RELATES TO CAUSE OF OVERHEATINGS

IF U NEGLECT THE ABOVE MATTERS AS WHEN U DROVE UR CAR AND THE TEMPRETURE INDICATOR RISES UP TO "H" WHICH IS EXTREMELY HOT WILL CAUSED UR CAR SUDDENLY ENGINE WILL WENT OFF AS YR CYLINDER HEAD BLOCK HAD CRACK DUE TO THE IMPACT OFF INTERNAL HEAT. THE SOLUTION IS TO DO MAJOR OVERHAULED..$$$$$
