KIA SPECTRA: Why My Driveshafts Faulty?

Salam Spectrans & Newbies,

Do you ever come across Faulty Driveshafts?
Most common things happen Spectrans will feels and hear a clunking sound :-

Once you make a "U" turn or Corner u will hear a tak..tak..tak sound like something hitting each other.?
Secondly once u tries to accelerates from 30-40kmh up to 90 or 100kmh in a high speed stretch u will notice and feels yr dashboard vibrates and rattles on one side either left or right but sometimes both. Yet u will also feels the vibrates via the Steering wheels.

Why? & what caused the driveshafts assy faulty.

One of the common reason why you will get bad worn out and faulty Driveshafts

The above pictures indicates one of our member spectrans encounters a crack and hairlines which will tear off soon. As the process left unattended it will fully torn off and all the heavy duty greese will leaks out and all dirt,water and sludge will enters into the driveshafts bearings assy which caused RUST. these corrosion bearings will eventually hitting each other that results lound sound tak..tak..tak when you make a corner or U turn.

This is what u need to resolved it b4 its too late to prevents the bearing getting RUSTED if u left unattended or not aware of it. The ori driveshafts can be service/clean/REgresse back and it will definates last much more longer and no need driveshafts replacements ( its costly)

If youre too late and you feels the sound when corners and dashboard vibrates/rattling when u accelerates you need to replaced a new Ori Genuine Driveshafts assy full kits and also the Driveshafts Oil sels kit. DONT BUY RECOND DRIVESHAFTS AS IT WILL NOT LAST ...

WHY MY STEERING FEELS UNSTABLE AND SWAY TO LEFT AND RIGHT.?

THE MAIN REASON AND FAULTY PARTS RELATES:-

Tie Rod End faulty due to broken bush n joints:- It connects to the steering racks mechanism. So as you turn the steering wheel,the pinion will turns along the rack that convert to a smooth motion (power assisted). Function of these tie rods will move from side to side where it push the the wheels to left or right.
When you feels the loose or free play via the steering wheels it indicates the tie rods end going bad or faulty. Need replacements at once as to save guard the steering rack & pinion damage/ leaks out the power steering fluids.
Faulty steering rack and pinion as these rack is quite costly.

So if spectrans who had their cars mileage above 120k km of 4 years above do replaced ur Tie rod end assy left and right. Need the parts kindly call 013-7849798 anytime.

WHY MY FUEL PETROL INDICATOR IS NOT FUNCTIONING?

Once you full tank ur petrol ,at the meter panel indicator needle will slowly risee upwards at "F" indicates Full . But when u had refill full tank as the needles will either sticks at the center or sometimes never moves upward or downwards. The reason is you had a faulty fuel float is not working.

This are the ori genuine parts to settle ur petrol gauze indicator readings.

WHY I FEEL UNPLEASNT SMELL IN MY INTERIOR CABIN?

ITS BECAUSED BAD DIRTY CABIN FILTER NOT REPLACE ON SCHEDULE
iTS COOLING COIL ALSO BEING AFFECTED WITH DIRT AND DEBRIS.

BAD AND LEAKING COOLING COIL THAT LEADS TO HOT AIR WHERE YR COIL IS BADLY AFFECTED WITH DIRT AND SLUDGE. NEED REPLACEMENTS N SERVICE YR ACCOND SYSTEMS.
