How to prevent our Spectra Driveshafts faulty.

Salam Spectrans,

The picture shown above indicates that the silicone CV Boot  rubber is almost to crack ( hair lines)
The cv boot when tear off will leaks out the heavy duty greese and all dirt and water which in due course corrosion will take place. As this occurs the bearing will produced noise while taking corner or vibrates when  accelerates.The solutions pls replaced the cv boot silicone ori parts immediately.

One of the rhs Driveshafts is to dismantle, servive .This had to take out the cv boot clips started from inner part and to outerpart (CV joint sections).

Outer parts of the Driveshafts sections (CV joints)

This is the inner part of a driveshafts that links with our flywheel gear which transmitt from our auto transmission.

This is the inner part gear couplings which had to be service,clean and injected with a special heavy duty grease. This will give a super smooth rotation between the bearings and gear assy.

Finally the driveshafts is fully service, cleans and installs new silicone CV boots inner and outer ,new clips,new heavy duty greased and fix new ori driveshafts oil seals back to its placed.
The results . smooth accelerates not even a slight noise and no vibrations as I had earliar replaced the cv boot to save guard my genuine driveshafts from major faulty.no $$$$$ needed.....
