Genuine Cooling Coil Assy fr Kia Spectra

Salam Spectran,

The picture above is the genuine Korea Cooling Coil (aluminium) fr Kia Spectra,and the sec ond photo is the ori HCC air cond cabin filter which is a MUST installed to all kia spectra"s cars. Eventually when I bought the car new, no cabin filter is installed originally to its filter compartment inside underneath the left dashboard.

This is what happen when ur Spectra is not installed with cabin air filter, where all debris, tiny
particles,sand,water unseen will be collected thru the blower and straight trapped via the cooling coil fins, as past time the coil will become dirty and where leaks will occurs and the gas and oil will leaks out. As a result u will noticed ur air cond system suddenly from cool fresh air to hot air flow.

Photo above shows the ori new cooling coil is in its compartments.

Photo shows the Blower motor assy and white filter is the cabin air filter.

Genuine Radiator Assy for Kia Spectra LS

Salam Spectrans,

The picture above indicates the radiator assy full set for our Spectra. It must be in good conditions in order to prevents our engine overheats. Do flush ur coolant every 15-20k km interval in order to prevent rust clogged inside the radiator fins. Make sure ur radiator cap pressure is in good conditions as no coolant can evaporates.
To prevents our spectra from overheats pls ensure that all relevant parts are in good working conditions esp:-
1. Thermostat
2. Radiator Hoses
3. Water pump assy
4. waterpump pipes
5. temp switch sensors
6. Radiator motor fan assy
7. Air cond motor fan assy
8. Coolant - red /blue/white
9. thermo housing pipes
10. Radiator cap / radiator flush stopper.

Tips n maintenance

Here are some tips n info on troubleshoot to ur spectra:-

1. When ur car jerks ,lack of power, rattle pls check or replace ur plugs/ leaking cable/ compression
2. When ur battery becomes weak and drain quickly indicates u had a bad faulty alternator, for my advice dont use RECONDS parts as it will short circuit other electronic components n sensors
3. When u smell burnt oil and inside the cabin where handbrake area feel heat indicates theres an oil leaks ie ur atf oil is low.must do full flushing
4. When u make a corner theres a sounds tak..tak..tak hitting indicates ur outer drivesafts is faulty
5. When u re acceerates from 30-40k kmh to 80-90kmh ur car vibrates n rattling indicates ur inner part d.shaft is bad n faulty.
6. When ur drop gear from 4-3-2-D shifts jerk and jammed half way at 2 or 3rd gear indicates ur alternator is going bad.
7. When u stopped at the traffic lights with yr gear mode at 'D' suddenly the dashboard vibrates to yr steering wheels indicates that ur 4 pcs engine mountings is torn r bad.

Ori Genuine Air Cond Air Vent Grille assy for

Salam Spectrans,

Anyone need the Air Cond Air Vent Grille assy situated at the front Spectra Dashboard.
As most spectrans had come across crack air vent grille due to exposed openly in an extreme heat.This eventually will brittle the plastic mould that leads to crack.
As a result the partial of Dashboard will budging out where our dashboard is made of soft material .

How to prevent our Spectra Driveshafts faulty.

The picture shown above indicates that the silicone CV Boot  rubber is almost to crack ( hair lines)
The cv boot when tear off will leaks out the heavy duty greese and all dirt and water which in due course corrosion will take place. As this occurs the bearing will produced noise while taking corner or vibrates when  accelerates.The solutions pls replaced the cv boot silicone ori parts immediately.

One of the rhs Driveshafts is to dismantle, servive .This had to take out the cv boot clips started from inner part and to outerpart (CV joint sections).

Outer parts of the Driveshafts sections (CV joints)

This is the inner part of a driveshafts that links with our flywheel gear which transmitt from our auto transmission.

This is the inner part gear couplings which had to be service,clean and injected with a special heavy duty grease. This will give a super smooth rotation between the bearings and gear assy.

Finally the driveshafts is fully service, cleans and installs new silicone CV boots inner and outer ,new clips,new heavy duty greased and fix new ori driveshafts oil seals back to its placed.
The results . smooth accelerates not even a slight noise and no vibrations as I had earliar replaced the cv boot to save guard my genuine driveshafts from major faulty.no $$$$$ needed.....

Reminders on Spectra Service maintenance.

Just want to info all members to follows up few service maintenance on ur Spectra on this coming Festive season as Hari Raya is about two weeks time:- What u should abserved is

1. Ur mileage due for Timing Belt replacements.
2. Tempreture Systems esp ur coolant flush etc
3.All ur Filters is in good service conditions ie Air Filter,Oil Filter,auto filter, fuel filter and cabin filter as well
4.Auto gear box oil/ full flushing or every 20k km oil change
5.Shocks absorbers conditions
6.Brake systems conditions esp disc pads/ pin sliders/master pump etc...
7.Drive shafts conditions
8. All oil and fluids level esp Power Steering fluid, engine oil,atf oil and brake fluid. Must in maximum level
9. Engine Mounting conditions...must replaced if cars vibrates.
10. Plug cable conditions in case theres a hidden leaks .
11. Ignition coils conditions.
12. Check any crack on ball joints and bushes via stabilizers links, lower arm , tie-rod end and steering rack .
13.Check ur tyres conditions, do balancing,OFF wheel /ON wheel and alignment too.
14. Powersteering pressure hose conditions in terme of leaking.
15. Fuse and relays and earth grounding is intact.
16. Check conditions of ur air cond belts and alternators belts.
17. Check the conditions on ur alternators *** this is important**
18.Check ur battery conditions.
19.Yr tyre pressure
20. Service or cleans ur throttle body assy and 3 sensors.
