May 2013 Service Maintenance Package @ Kia Spectra.

1. Auto Transmission Service Maintenance included

To do full Flushing on yr auto transmission system every 40k km intervals.
To service and replace the Auto Filter assy unit genuine parts
To check or replace the Auto Electronic 9 pin Sensor switch
To Check/Clean the valve body
To Inspect/service the solenoid valve assy
To service/clean the auto oil sump pan with new gasket kit.

Why My Spectra Stalling/Jerking and Heavy Consumptions.?

Salam Spectrans,

Most our Spectrans will come across car stalling /Jerking and lack of power/heavy accelerations.
There are few reason and causes ie

Engine System is not functioning well where air intake is not delivering well/ fuel system/ spark is insufficient.
sensors failure such as crabnkshaft snsor/ oxygen sensors/ throttle body sensors failure.
Fuel System failure such as Bad fuel pump/clogged fuel injectors and bad fuel filters.
Air Failure whre clogged valves air intake.
Filure Ignition coil sensor / plug cable failure/ Spark plug full of carbon.

Pleased be aware on this matter as u will get high consumption/ carbon deposited build up in ur combustion chamber. Need to rectified u need ori genuine parts fr replacements & maintenance.

Replacing Auto Transmission Oil Seals.

Salam Spectrans,

The service maintenance on auto trans oil seal replacements.
1.Torque converter oil seals
2. Flywheel oil seals
3. Driveshafts oil seals.

TORQUE CONVERTER inner part where oil seals is fix.

FLYWHEEL GEAR N OIL SEALS.

CRACK ENGINE MOUNTING VIA THE GEARBOX SIDE.

REPLACING THE AUTO FILTER N SERVICING THE AUTO OIL SUMP PAN GASKET N SILICONE.

NEED THE PARTS N DO THE SERVICE CALL 013-7849798.
Spectrans Members who had a atf oil leaking pls be advice to replace the
Oil sump pan gasket kit
Oil seals via torque converter
Oil seals via flywheel assy
Oil seals left n right via driveshafts assy.
Remember Dont let yr ATF Fluid drained unnotice as it will burny the auto clutch that will severely damage ur GEARBOX transmission system $$$$$

To replaced the above oil seals u need to bring down the whole gearbox unit in order to replaced the oils seals. As for labour on open the whole gearbox cost 450-550 excluding the parts.
